Concerning the fund European Universities (ERASMUS-EDU-2024-EUR-UNIV-2) “Un Monde Migrant”, « A World on the Move » an association based in Switzerland and France, develops projects that combine public awareness with interactive audiovisual tools using new technologies. Since 2013, this approach has successfully been used to sensitize young people on discrimination, integration, human rights, gender. You can get a full view of our activities over the past few years on our website www.unmondemigrant.org Un Monde Migrant has developed a very innovative approach and interactive audiovisual tools that rely on digital technologies and an online sharing platform. A interactive platform has been developed and made available to young people so that their participation is possible even remotely. This interactive, participatory and evolving methodology has been very successful in our previous projects (We have dealt with the themes of integration, education and discrimination) Our previous project under the title ‘Grands Ecrans Nomades,’ (108 interactive workshops with the participation of more than 1,800 students) where the objective was to generate reflection and debate with young people, to help them become aware of human rights, and in particular the themes of integration, discrimination, racism, employment, development and North-South responsibilities, Gender and Youth issues. We believe that this methodology can be easily applied to a wide range of topics as in the EU call ERASMUS-EDU-2024-EUR-UNIV-2 (“Enhancing the excellence dimension of higher education, research and innovation promoting gender equality, inclusion, diversity and equity.”) on topic 1. I am contacting you for the following reason:
I am reaching out on behalf of Yıldırım Beyazıt to express our interest in potential collaboration opportunities on a research initiative focused on Developmental Hip Dysplasia in children. Our project aims to merge the realms of cutting-edge medical research and technological advancements, addressing the early diagnosis and treatment of this condition, and we believe that your esteemed research center could offer valuable expertise and synergy in this endeavor. As an institution engaged in the advancement of scientific and medical knowledge, we are seeking potential partners to join us in this effort. The project aims to combine two critical aspects: the refinement of research excellence and the utilization of technology to facilitate innovative diagnostic and treatment methods. By merging these disciplines, we intend to contribute to the enhancement of the scientific and technological capabilities of research institutions in “Widening” countries, in line with the goals of Twinning projects. Our project is envisioned to be coordinated by a research institution in one of the “Widening” countries, with a collaboration involving at least two “Advanced Partner” institutions from different countries. The project duration is set at a maximum of three years, with a designated funding range of €800,000 to €1,500,000. It’s important to note that Twinning calls fall under the Coordination and Support Actions (CSA) category, which primarily supports capacity-building initiatives other than research and innovation actions. Within the context of Twinning projects, up to 30% of the project budget can be allocated to research and innovation activities. We foresee the project encompassing a range of activities such as short-term staff exchanges, expert visits, training sessions, workshops, conference participation, summer school organization, knowledge dissemination, and networking events. Considering the alignment of your research interests and expertise, we are keen to explore the possibility of your institution becoming a partner in this project. The overarching goal is to create an innovative research center at [Your University Name], dedicated to studying the multifaceted aspects of Developmental Hip Dysplasia in children. By combining both medical and technological approaches, we aim to improve early diagnosis and treatment outcomes for affected children. We would be greatly appreciative if you could kindly consider this proposal and share your thoughts on potential collaboration. If this project resonates with your institution’s vision and capabilities, we would be honored to engage in further discussions to explore the possibilities. Thank you for your time and consideration. Looking forward to your response.

My name is Ianolina Furculița, main officer Project Management Directorate of Moldavian General Police Inspectorate of the Republic of Moldova. In the process of institutional reorganization of the General Police Inspectorate at the end of 2019, within the central body of administration and control of the Police was created the Project Management Department, which has the mission of unitary coordination of processes of identification, access, and implementation of external assistance projects, which derive from the objectives and strategic needs of the Police. As the Republic of Moldova is an associated country, our institution can’t be a lead applicant, so we can participate in many projects only as co-applicant. At this stage, we are in search of partners or lead applicants that will attract us to some projects that will contribute to the strengthening of police capabilities. In this regard, I send this letter of intent in order to take our institution into account in case there is a possibility of our involvement in future projects. In conclusion to this letter, we thank you for your time and consideration thereby, and we do hope to continue our collaboration.

As part of our activities, we are participating as partners in a project proposal titled “CLACSON: Climate Action by Communities to achieve Sustainability Of Neighborhoods” to be submitted under Topic ID: LC-GD-10-3-2020 of the H2020 EU Green Deal Call. The project proposal is about a six-part model, called “3-2-1-GO!”, which is designed to address the residential emissions challenge. The six parts are: the residents, the local business community, the municipality, civic engagement, a governance program and the product (a mobile app).

It is a comprehensive model that leverages behavioral change science and financial rewards to fulfill the mission of reducing carbon emissions from the residential sector. It was developed pre-pandemic, but it has shown to be resilient in the face of the pandemic-changed social environment and even relieves some of the stressors that we’re dealing with as we try to find our way to a post-pandemic world. In this context, and in order to ensure the best possible result for this project proposal, we consider your support necessary, in order to maximize the impact and promote the results of the project at a pan-European level. We will be honored if you decide to participate in this adventure and provide us with your written support, without of course having any formal commitment or obligation during the implementation of the project.

Please let us know about your interest at projects@ied.eu and we will share with you the needed document.

Thank you in advance. Yours sincerely, Elissavet Pavlitsa

Thank you in advance. Yours sincerely, Elissavet Pavlitsa
